GARLIC PARMESAN MUSHROOMS!!!

Here’s the recipe for Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 8 oz whole baby bella mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and clean the mushrooms, and pat them dry.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are browned, which should take around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic, heavy cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, onion powder, and dried oregano to the skillet. Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  5. Season the dish with salt and pepper to your taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
